House of Zeniaa strives to be an earth friendly company, by working on made to order basis and lowering our carbon footprints. When you place your valuable order with us, that particular outfit is handmade with love just for you. EXCHANGE

 

House of Zeniaa can exchange sizes of the same product. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and free of damage, stains and fragrances.

  • We offer one time exchange if there is any size or fit related issue to be corrected if informed within 3 days of receiving the order, we offer 100% assistance and make sure to provide with the required changes for the same with no extra charge. For any exchange or alteration the customer has to ship the product back to us at their own expense.
  • Please take acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching/sending back to us with his signature and mobile number .House of Zeniaa will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • We do issue a credit note for our customers, only when desired size of the product is not in stock.

    Merchandise bought at a Discount:

    • Products purchased under any promotional offer or sale cannot be altered. You are requested to refer to our detailed size guide before placing your order, as alterations are also not possible for discounted items.
    • We do not provide returns/exchanges/alterations on International orders as the cost of 2 way shipping and customs duties might surpass the order value. However, you can get in touch with our team for any issue, and we would do our best to assist.

     

    Return and Refunds

    We have a strict no return and no refund policy. Exchange is accepted only in case of receipt of damaged or defective goods. The same needs to be informed to us within 3 days of receipt of the courier.

    The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    Damages and issues

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


    Custom Orders

    Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged, they can only be altered once. Any item purchased on our website does not qualify for any return unless the product delivered is damaged or has manufacturing defects.
